As a resident of the Phoenix area for over 20 years, I've seen the Valley grow and I'm proud to call it home!!  I specialize in residential real estate and I also have extensive experience in foreclosures, investment properties, and bank/lender owned properties.  I earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in finance from Grand Canyon University.

MARTHA SANCHEZ - CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Martha handles all offers and contract negotiations.  She oversees the escrow process from the beginning to the end.  With over 7 years as a licensed Realtor, Martha brings a wealth of experience to our team.

KIMBERLY REED - ACCOUNTANT
Kimberly is our office manager.  She oversees all of the daily functions involved with running a high performing real estate team.  Kimberly is a true asset to our organization.

GRANT LAOS - FIELD SERVICES COORDINATOR
Grant is our property preservation coodinator.  He performs all of our occupancy checks, conducts cash for keys arrangements, interior BPO walk throughs, etc.  Grant is also a licensed Realtor.

ASHLEY MCKEE - MARKETING COORDINATOR
Ashley is our marketing coordinator.  She enters listings, desings, marketing literature, flyers, etc.  She is also our short sale manager.  Ashley is a licensed Realtor.
